If Gnosis App reasonably suspects that a participant has :
Engaged in self-referrals
Attempted to duplicate accounts;
Engaged in fraud, mechanics abuse or claw back rewards
Engaged with a prohibited activitiy merchant
otherwise breached the Terms & Conditions
Gnosis may take appropriate action at its discretion, including disqualifying some or all referrals (past or pending), withholding, delaying, or canceling uncredited referral rewards, and/or excluding the participant from this or future referral programs.
