ATM withdrawals are currently not possible with the virtual Gnosis Card, as it does not support a PIN code. At the moment, there are no indications that this feature will be available soon.
To access ATM withdrawals, users need to add an Externally Owned Account as the owner wallet in the Gnosis Pay tab, connect that wallet to the Gnosis Pay dashboard, and order a physical card from there.
