Starting my Passkey recovery

The passkey recovery process requires a 72-hour waiting period for security purposes. Make sure the full 72 hours have passed since you initiated the recovery process before expecting the follow-up email.

If you've waited the full 72 hours and still haven't received the recovery email, you'll need to contact Gnosis support directly. When reaching out, include:

  • The date you started the recovery process

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Confirmation that you've checked your spam/junk folders
