If your Monerium IBAN was linked to your old Gnosis Pay Safe (card wallet), you need to move it. Any bank transfer sent to an IBAN still pointing at the old Safe will be lost.
Step 1 — Log into your Monerium account
Go to https://monerium.app/
If you never logged in directly, use "Forgot password" with your Gnosis App
email address.
Step 2 — Check if your old card wallet is still linked
In the wallet list, check if your old Gnosis Card Safe is set as the IBAN receiving address. If it is, you need to move it before sending any bank transfer.
Step 3 — Move your IBAN to a new wallet (pick the easiest for you)
✦ Quickest option — add a regular web3 wallet (Rabby, MetaMask)
Add your wallet address in Monerium, then click "Move IBAN" to set it as the
new receiving address. Funds will land there and you can top up the card
manually in a few seconds. Gas on Gnosis Chain is negligible.

Important: it is no longer possible to link the new Gnosis Pay Safe directly
to Monerium. This flow was discontinued last year.
