How do I connect my IBAN to the Gnosis App?

When saving your IBAN on the Gnosis App, you may need to connect your Monerium IBAN to receive EUR deposits directly in your Gnosis App wallet. This process involves configuring your Monerium account to work with your new Gnosis App wallet address.

To receive from your IBAN to the Gnosis App, you'll need to save your details. To be able to do this, you can follow the steps below;

  1. Go to the wallet page in the Gnosis App

  2. Click on Details

  3. Click the 'Enable' button in the prompt

  4. You will be prompted to use your passkey

  5. Wait approximately 4 minutes for the transaction to process

  6. Finalize

In-App Migration

  1. Tap "Deposit from bank account" in the Gnosis App

  2. You'll see a prompt explaining that you need to switch your IBAN to the new system

  3. Tap "Update" and sign the transaction

  4. Wait approximately 4 minutes for the transaction to process

  5. After the wait, you'll see a "Finalize" prompt, which connects you to Monerium

  6. Complete the migration process to receive EUR in your Gnosis App wallet

Note: If you encounter errors during the finalization step, it's typically due to your Monerium account configuration not being properly directed to your Gnosis App wallet.
