What to do when you are facing an unexpected error?

This article explains why a user could face an error never mentioned in this FAQ.

Gnosis App is in a state of continuous improvement. Changes are happening often, sometimes leading to small service disruption.

It is possible that user could face temporary issue with Circles issuances and transfers, digital asset transactions, swap, unresponsive network or service provider, user interface being slow or buggy etc.

User can always provide a feedback on these issues by contacting the support chat or sending an email to [email protected]. Our Tech team will make sure these are fixed as soon as possible.
