There is multiple case where a user wouldn't receive its Circles reward.
Your invitee didn't complete all the required steps before the deadline.
Your invitee didn't use your unique invite link to sign up on Gnosis App. If this happened, you won't see them on your invitee list in the 'Inviter' section.
One or more required steps completed by your invitee didn't meet the requirements described.
Your invitee has completed all the required steps, or the card payment of 10 EUR isn't yet completed.- Your rewards may not be visible due to a syncing issue in the app. To resolve this, try logging out and back into your account to force a sync.
Troubleshooting Referral Rewards
If your referral rewards are not appearing in your account, it may be due to a syncing issue. To resolve this, refresh your account session by following these steps:
Log out of your profile:
Tap your profile icon on the Home page.
Navigate to the settings (gear icon) and select Log Out.
Fully close the Gnosis App.
Reopen the app and log back into your account.
Return to the Home page and check your account balance or rewards section. This process forces the app to sync and display any rewards that have already been credited to your account.
