You’re asked to create or complete your profile
Why this happens
This usually means your Circles profile was not completed during sign-up, or in rare occasions, it was completed, but the system passed over it.
What you can do right now
Complete your Circles profile.
If it doesn't allow you to save your profile name and email address, it may be because you're reusing your username and email! You could've created another account with those credentials. Try using a different name and email address.
If you have trouble saving your profile, try clearing your browser history and data and try again. (Go to your browser's settings, under "History and Website Data", clear your history and website data. Older browsers may call this "Clear cache".)
If you still have trouble completing your profile, please contact our support team via our in-app channel.
