Why the card page doesn't work?

This article briefly describe a fix to the card page malfunction.

What you see

  • The card page shows a "Sign in" button, but pressing it does not pull up the passkey box

  • Pressing "Details" brings up a "Signing into Gnosis Pay" message that never ends

Why this happens

This could be due to the "signer and owner" settings of your Gnosis card account. Basically, your Gnosis App account is set as the "signer and owner" of your card account, but if you had manually adjusted those settings, you could potentially have removed yourself as the signer and owner, leaving you unable to control your card account.

What you can do right now

You could try logging out completely, clearing your browser history and data, and then logging in again.
