Possible final KYC rejection

Learn about KYC rejection and what it means for you.

In certain cases, an applicant may not be eligible to obtain a Gnosis Card. If you receive a notification stating that your identity verification has been permanently rejected, this means that we are unable to provide you with Gnosis Card services, and the decision is considered final.

Additionally, while your Gnosis Card usage will be disabled, your crypto assets and private keys remain fully under your control. You can withdraw your funds at any time as they are not held by the Gnosis Pay card.

If your KYC verification is rejected, you can withdraw your funds from the Gnosis App at any time. Your assets remain secure and accessible.

This determination is made in accordance with strict regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements that Gnosis Pay is obligated to follow in collaboration with regulated financial and verification partners, including Visa, Sumsub, and Monerium.

This process ensures that only verified users can access services like the Gnosis Card, aligning with global regulatory standards.

If you decide to stop using the Gnosis App, you can delete your account. Navigate to the account settings section of the app and select the option to delete your account.

Where a permanent rejection has been issued, additional document submissions, re-verification attempts, or new applications for review will not be accepted. These measures are necessary to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, anti-fraud standards, and partner obligations.

Users are encouraged to contact Gnosis App support for any clarifications regarding their specific case.
