When you invite someone to Gnosis App, you may receive an inviter fee based on the gCRC created by the person you invited.
The inviter fee is 1/12th of the gCRC created by the invited user.
This means the inviter fee is not always the same for every invited user. It depends on how much gCRC the invited user creates, which directly depends on their Rep Score. This reward is active for one year starting from the moment the invited user accepts your invitation.
Note: Referral rewards are based on the invitee’s actual gCRC issuance. If the invited user does not generate any gCRC, no referral reward is distributed.
Why the invited user’s Rep Score matters
Rep Score affects how much of a user’s newly minted CRC can become spendable gCRC. Because the inviter fee is based on the amount of gCRC created, an invited user with a higher Rep Score may generate a higher inviter fee than a user with a lower Rep Score.
For example, if an invited user creates more gCRC because their Rep Score is higher, the inviter fee based on that created gCRC can also be higher. If an invited user creates less gCRC because their Rep Score is lower, the inviter fee may also be lower.
Why your inviter fee may be lower than expected
Your inviter fee may be lower than expected if the invited user created less gCRC than you assumed.
This can happen if:
the invited user has a low Rep Score
only part of their newly minted CRC became gCRC
the invited user has not created much gCRC yet
the invited user’s activity has not updated in the system yet
the inviter fee has not been calculated or distributed yet
The inviter fee is based on actual gCRC created, not only on the fact that someone accepted your invite.
